Avera Medical Group Endocrinology is seeking a BC/BE endocrinologist to join a team of 6 physicians and 3 APP’s. 

• Avera Medical Group Endocrinology is located in the newly constructed Avera Family Health Center at Dawley Farms, in Sioux Falls.  The new clinic is only a 10 minute drive from the campus of Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
• Avera McKennan is a 545-bed, Level II Trauma Center, non-profit, Catholic facility and the regional referral center for the Avera Health System and surrounding five-state area.
• Call would be 1:7
• Certified Diabetes Educators available
• Diabetes Self-Management Program – offers group and individual instruction, insulin pump training and a multi-disciplinary Diabetes and Pregnancy Program.  Physicians would have the opportunity to be involved with the program.
