Lenox Hill Hospital, part of the distinguished Northwell Health system, is s seeking an experienced, mission-driven endocrinologist to serve as Director of our Transgender Program within the Division of Endocrinology. This physician leader will build and oversee a comprehensive, multidisciplinary program that delivers high-quality, evidence-based, gender-affirming care for transgender and gender-diverse adults.
This exciting opportunity offers a blended practice, with approximately 40% of clinical time devoted to transgender and gender-affirming care and 60% to general clinical endocrinology. This is a unique chance to become an integral part of a collaborative, supportive, and academically-oriented team, contributing to cutting-edge patient care, education, and potentially research, all within one of New York City's most vibrant and desirable neighborhoods.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, equity-focused, board-certified endocrinologist with demonstrated expertise in gender-affirming care, a track record of multidisciplinary collaboration and program building, and the vision to scale a high-quality, patient-centered service, and be BC/BE in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

This is a full-time, academic position with vast clinical, research, and teaching opportunities. The candidate will receive an academic appointment at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell commensurate with experience and academic credentials.
