Description
Western New York Dental Group seeks a skilled Endodontist to provide high-quality, patient-centered endodontic care within our multi-location practices. In this role, you will perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and management of dental trauma using modern technology and evidence-based protocols. You will collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to deliver comprehensive treatment plans while educating patients on procedures, options, and aftercare. Our patient-first, team-oriented environment offers mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities to build a long-term, community-focused career in Western New York.Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and apicoectomies to a high clinical standard
Evaluate, diagnose, and treatment-plan complex endodontic cases using CBCT and digital imaging
Manage dental emergencies, trauma, and orofacial pain in collaboration with general dentists
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-operative care
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records within practice management systems
Adhere to strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and case reviews to support clinical growth
Contribute to a patient-first, team-oriented culture across multiple practice locations
Endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning
Root canal therapy and retreatment
Apicoectomy and surgical endodontics
Dental microscopy and rotary instrumentation
CBCT imaging interpretation
Dental anesthesia and pain management
Management of dental trauma and infections
Digital radiography and practice management software
Infection control and sterilization protocols
Patient communication and case presentation
