1st Advantage Dental is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide advanced endodontic care, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and related surgical procedures, while ensuring exceptional patient experiences. You will collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care. Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, apicoectomy, and other endodontic surgical procedures.
Interpret digital radiographs and cone beam CT scans to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with general dentists and other dental specialists.
Administer local anesthesia and manage patient pain and anxiety before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain meticulous clinical records, documentation, and charting in electronic health record systems.
Educate patients about diagnosis, treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-operative care instructions.
Adhere to strict infection control, sterilization, and occupational safety protocols.
Stay current with advances in endodontic techniques, materials, and technologies through continuing education.
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and patient-centered clinical environment.

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program
Active, unrestricted state dental license (or eligibility for licensure)

DEA registration (where applicable)
